I lead a team of four including to top trauma surgeons in the development and commercialization of a life-saving medical device. Part of this leader ship included during NSF's I-Corps program where I serve does entrepreneurial lead, and now on an SBIR grant where I am the Principal Investigator

Vanderbilt Climbing
Under my leadership this startup organization, founded in 2018, has grown from 8 to more than 50 members, and is a top collegiate team in the country. I negotiate both sponsorships and local support with various off-campus facilities for the club as we strive to better the Vanderbilt and local climbing communities.
2018 to 2020
Speed Climbing Coach
Using my experience competing at the highest level in competition climbing I now help coach the next generation of speed climbers. I was the main speed coach at Central Rock Gym and now coach at Climb Nashville. Several of the climbers I coach have made youth nationals, and two of them have won.
